U-21 Hurling 2018

Did he give it away or run out over it? He has very little hurling that lad. There was a stage early in the second half he tried to rise it on the endline under no pressure and ended up out by the corner flag under serious pressure

Have Bonnar on the brain. :man_facepalming:

For the goal? He just sort of panicked in possession and hesitated, got surrounded and seemed to drop it.

Was there a hint of an illegal goal about it though in the way it was finished? I don’t think the chap who scored got anything in the way of a hurley on it. It was a bit like Mulcahy’s goal last week.

The whole full back line was excellent, McGrath must have been in contention for man of the match, Killian O’Dwyer solid till the injury.

I think he shouldered it in.

I missed replays of it but I thought at first glance the cork lad just ran out over it and hadn’t it in his hands.

He should have been ankle tapped as soon as he started running. Naieve

He headed it in with his red helmet

I thought he headed it in.

Snap

He helmeted it in?

I suppose it’s fitting enough for a Chipp AI win

There was a cast iron headed goal in some hurling match TG4 covered live in the last couple of years or so. I can’t place what match it was but it definitely happened.

O Dwyer is a great bit of stuff in fairness

Bubbles some league game I think against Kilkenny
