Grand team there in spots except for fullback and central midfield. The tame but accurate Wirtz shot off his left where he’d the keeper beaten but the defender blocked it was the most Wirtz thing ever.
I think there’s a grand team there without slot. He’s lost the dressing room and they are a rabble. But the players are there.

Grav offers nothing in midfield. Slot got 6 months out of him when he first artived … Grav’s big thing was being able to take it on the half turn and beat the press… teams have been on to him since last Christmas. Maca is having a bad year but is more of an attacking midfielder… the two of them are all over the shop offering next to nothing protection wise.

Man united signings over the years were often good players too. Maybe sometimes when it goes to shit everything goes with it.
I would agree to an extent in that they signed a load of forwards when they needed a centre back.
But I think slot has lost them. They were getting shitter the longer they had him last season.
