took madame and 4 of her buddies to the stella for beetlejuice beetlejuice. very enjoyable family film 6.5/10. the girls gave it 8/10

the jenna ortega storyline seemed to borrow heavily from wednesday storylines, first love turning evil etc
significantly more references to nonce jeffrey jonesā character than iād expected. also weird choice of funeral music
