Itā€™s very relevant if the claim is being made that Trump connected with more people or such vague notions as that, which arenā€™t backed up by fact. The vagaries of an electoral system are the vagaries of an electoral system.

Tyranny is something the US right are more than familiar with.

The only thing is with the amount of terrorism theyā€™ve witnessed recently, they could make the shift.

Iā€™m not saying your wrong, but with their electoral system, @anon7035031 is right, it is irrelevant.

I hope Trump and Putin join forces back Assad and rid the middle east of ISIS, moderate and every other so called rebel.

Well if France made the shift, it would help their cause

You cant rely on them pal.

Trump is more likely to prove ISISā€™s greatest recruiting sergeant yet.

ISISā€™s plan was to provoke the kind of backlash that would install leaders like Trump in western countries, and itā€™s working.

Ah hereā€¦Clintons backers created the fuckers in the first place in order to remove Assad.

Who armed the so-called moderate rebels?

Youā€™re at sea kid.

I know that, but Hollande is the most unpopular president in their history. With everything thatā€™s happened over the last 12 months, donā€™t bet against it

Ah Sid, will you give it a rest. Put down the phone and go to bed for a while, youā€™ve been up for days obsessing on this election.

 Shrieking Sidney is up out of the bed. Heā€™s having a terrible hard time dealing with this result.

Paul Ryan could end up being the biggest looser in this whole thing.

The Arab Spring was a real thing, pal. It wasnā€™t created by ā€œthe Clintonsā€, or even ā€œtheir backersā€, and nor was ISIS.

The reality is that Saudi Arabia has been in a position of extreme economic strength due to a fortunate (for them, unfortunate for everybody else) geological coincidence which has enabled it to spread its toxic ideology.

That ideology was fertilised by Republican interference, most notably in 2003 in Iraq but before that in Afghanistan by Reagan, although the reality is that it was a rising tide which was merely waiting for a gap in the dyke to reach full flow.

Clintonā€™s association with Saudi Arabia is no different to anybody in power in the US going back decades.

Trump has business ties to Saudi Arabia and sold a floor of his skyscraper to the Saudi government. Heā€™s as in bed with the Saudis as anybody has been, as he also is with Goldman Sachs.

Thereā€™s a big difference between selling a hotel room to the Saudis then your soul for a certain Hawkish ideology.

The people you claim to represent have spokenā€¦Im not saying Trump is going to make a good presidentā€¦but Iā€™m glad she didnt get it.

With re to Goldman Sachs, they dont lose by betting on 1 horse in a 2 horse race. All of their credit default swaps have two legs sure.
