Germany is incredibly racist. You could be in a bar over there and you would hear monkey noises when a black Leipzig player touched the ball. There would be howls of laughter from other bystanders. It was a massive news story over in Germany when they had their first black news reader on one of their channels a few years ago. Blackface would be very common at events like Carnival etc. In terms of employment you just dont see them in customer facing roles and again they tend to live in less affluent suburbs. Germany is a real cold house for people of African descent.

The largest study done on the issue of police killings was a peer reviewed study done in 2019, looking at 917 fatal shootings by police in 2015. 90% of those shot were armed, and over 90% were in the act of attacking police or another person. 55% of victims were white, 27% black and 19% hispanic. Cases where police shoot an unarmed civilian are simply very rare.
The other significant findings were that white officers were no more likely than black or hispanic officers of shooting a black man. The main factor that determines police shootings are the rates of violent crime by racial group, as in the more officers encounter violent criminals from a racial group, the greater the chance of members of that racial group will be shot. This works for all races, in neighborhoods with a lot of white crime, white men are more likely to be shot, same for black crime, same for hispanic crime.
Black population is about 14%, percent blacks killed by police is about twice that.
To dimwits like yourself and @glasagusban this is simply due to racism. The problem with that conclusion is the facts don’t back it up. White officers are no more likely to shoot a black civilian than black or hispanic officers.

That’s probably why there’s not huge protests or anger at the vast majority of killings but there is when one is such an obvious injustice as this 
Spain do the blackface thing as well around Christmas for one of the 3 kings. When the yanks tried to foist their identity politics on them, the Spanish couldn’t see what the fuss was about and told them to get f*cked. Are the Spanish racist? Certainly a fair amount of right wingers there, so yes. Anymore than the British or Germans or Italians? I don’t know. Do they have the same police problems in Spain as the US. I don’t think so. Were the Spaniards out marching today? As far as I have seen, no. Yanky doodle land isn’t on the radar over there in general.
I saw a good one on twitter earlier, they can’t get doctors and nurses PPE in the state’s, but every police man in the country has military grade hardware.
That’s probably a neat summation of the states really.

You do realize lots of cops are killed every year as well right? Far more than unjustified civilian killings.
I suppose if you think about it, back in the early days of yankee doodle land, a German, Dutchie, Dane, Swede, Mick, Britisher, Spanard, Eyetalan, Swiss, could head on over and set up shop. Well maybe not so much the Spanards or Eyetalans, but the rest could. The black man, born and bred there could not. And probably well into 20th century the same thing applied.
Have you considered a career with the police? That rash aggressive personality you posess would see you fit like a glove in to the role.

Jesus you’d hope so. I think the fear is they’re not even as rare as we think though. If George Floyd was arrested on a deserted street at 3am with no camera phone he’d just be another statistic in the violently resisting arrest column.
