US Presidential Election 2016: Sidney's Victory Lap

This thread is off the hook… it hurts to read.

I think you’ll find most Irish people are very well acquainted with US politics and the sort of crazies that inhabit the Republican party, which is why oddball useful idiot cheerleaders for them like you aren’t taken seriously.

That wasn’t the issue we were debating, pal.

You got it wrong, I got it right, even your own post backs me up on that.

He was impeached !! Not even Richard Nixon was impeached :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

The Party that controls the House and Senate, controls 34 Govenorships and has won 5 out of the the last 10 Presidential elections. :ok_hand:t4: The Irish obsessed with America but don’t know how why they vote Republican oh so much. :hugs:

Agreed.

Strange then that you called him “the biggest misogynist sexist prick in the country”.

Gas the way you say “the Democrats have moved very far left” but your buddy @Tim_Riggins says Hillary Clinton is a “DINO”.

The two of you are getting fierce confused in the narratives you’re trying to spin.

A private convention may be called for to get back “on message”.

God himself (if he existed) wouldn’t be able to work with the Republicans these days, by the way.

The Dems have moved to the left in the past few years on most issues.

Hillary is a DINO, I already pointed that her being anointed with the nomination is a combination of Obama paying her back for not acting the cunt internally for his first 4 years, and Democrats being obsessed with being seen as “progressive” nominating the first female for President.

Are you really happy to claim the war mongering crazy?

And lost the popular vote in five of the last six Presidential elections.

Oh we know why people vote Republican alright. Oh we know. And we know why simpletons like you support them. It is hard not to feel smug from afar at it all, mind. It makes Fianna Fail look almost, well , not so bad, in comparison.

She looks more the eminently sensible choice with each one of your posts, as you continue to shout like the madman you are.

Ronald Reagan’s ex-wife was in Falcon Crest.

A superb bit of useless trivia I’ve known since 1987.

Oh and this line, “God himself wouldn’t be able to work with the Republicans these days”. :joy: More liberal media spin bullshit that is just eaten up by the ignorant Irish.

Anyone remember Obama saying to Republicans to “take a back seat” when he got in? Anyone in here bother to read Bob Woodward’s book on the first two years of his administration, and his behaviour towards them?

Nope of course not, it was all the Republicans fault. I’m guessing now that some lib is ready to fire back with Mitch McConnell’s line about making him a one term President. Claimed by Obama to have been said when he got into office, not actually said until the end of 2010 after Obama had been a President for the Democrats and not the US, for two years.

It doesnt matter which one wins, it will be the same shit (coups, terror, smart::eek: bombs, etc…) except clinton would have a little bit of a say. "God himself is being said on both sides, the irony of it all.

#"LIBERAL MEDIA SPIN BULLSHIT!!!"

Don’t do it, Tim.

Oh nice, goes for the metric that suits his agenda. Forgetting who won 49 out of 50 States just 30 years ago. Simple facts pal, at a national level we have been more or less 50/50 in the last generation. All crazies though. :joy:

My old man would have supported the Dems in the past, but he has seen what the Chicago Democratic mafia have done to Chicago. City programmes which have eventuated the problems for minorities there for decades. A racially divided city- and one controlled by Democrats for decades. The same shit show all over the country where Dems have governed with the bag of sweeties for a minority here and there just to get back in.

The Republicans might not be perfect but at least the last time they had Congress before Obama’s shitshow a budget was balanced. The ballooning of the national debt is the fault of both parties, but one party enthusiastically at all levels cheerleads this. At least there are elements on the Republican Party who want to sort this out.

I already clamped the shit out of you (or was it @anon7035031? It’s hard to remember the difference between you, sort of like a deranged hillbilly version of Pikefran) on the debt thing some time ago, but I have a life to live, so I won’t be back on here until Sunday at least.

Shoot your brain out, or the brains of some poor people, in my absence or feel free to type out another 5,000 word post about how much you hate Jeremy Corbyn over on YBIG, you fucking weirdo.

Are you auditioning for the anal retentive poster of the year award? Sorry, @Julio_Geordio has that one sown up long ago.

There is no inconsistency in anything I have said about Bill Clinton. He likes pussy, what a surprise! According to Jennifer Flowers, his ex and apparently (according to herself) the love of his life, the only person who ate more pussy than him was Hillary.

While most Americans don’t care that much about the sex lives of other people, as they are busy trying to get laid themselves, there are some limits. There is a difference between the image of a mid 40s Bill Clinton and a 70 year old Bill Clinton boning an intern or having his knob polished. If you have any female friends, ask them, they’ll fill you in.

He may be a cheating lying womanizing scumbag, but he was a good president as presidents go. That’s all the majority of Americans care about.

Clamped in what respect?

I said it was the fault of both sides, but at least one makes motions to try and fix it. What clamping are you looking to make here Sid?

You are wasting your time conversing with the deviant

The back story of the conventions is how much Hillary has had to move to the left to secure Bernie’s glowing endorsement and get as many of his followers on side as possible. Her platform is now essentially a blend of Obama’s and Bernies. It raises some interesting questions which I am sure Trump is pondering as we speak.

  1. The government is almost $20T in debt, almost exactly double that of when Obama took office. What do we have to show for all this debt? 1% GDP growth rate. What is Hillary’s solution? More free stuff, lots more free stuff. Even though universities are packed with morons who have no business being there, we are now going to have free education for all, so more people can get useless degrees. While we are at it let’s forgive the debt of all the morons who have already graduated with useless degrees and let someone else pay for that.

  2. Hillary is going to take on Wall Street  She’s going to break up the banks, punish those who make loads of money, tax the fuck out of them. She is in her hole going to do that to her donors, and those that made her wealthy, but that kind of rhetoric has consequences. There is a growing opinion that Wall Street is starting to favor Trump, as the Democrat tax and spend machine threatens to go over the cliff.

  3. Double the minimum wage and increase taxes on business owners. More brilliance. The major economic problem facing America is that it has become a business unfriendly environment, both for large corporations and small businesses. The large corporations have voted with their feet and just leave, and small businesses don’t hire or shut down. The answer is to cut the corporate tax rate to that of competitive countries, which is about 15% and not the current 39%, and repeal the insane regulations that make hiring people literally impossible. Most small business owners would rather work 100 hour weeks than hire someone, such is the hassle involved.

All Trump has to do now is run on the anti-Clinton platform. The blue collar worker will decide this election, and they are smart enough to see that 8 years of Obama has brought them fuck all.
