There was 30,000 AZ vaccines put on hold last week. Going by the recent numbers and availability, it surely means this weeks easy to hit target is in the region of 110,000. We have to have confidence in the HSE that they can ramp up administration once they have supplies, so they have a week now of excess supply with last weeks cancelled AZ, surely this meagre increase will easily be achieved.

so we hit this target. good. Now to just sort out getting numbers up on Mondays and weekends. It was a small increase and shouldnt have taken much effort, so at least they did meet it.

dunno. Transition day? Mondays are always way below the numbers for the rest of the week. Can somewhat acknowledge why Sundays are down, but no reason for any other days.

My guess would be the GP surgeries can’t/won’t accept deliveries on Sundays.

I reckon about 195k due in this week (based on 2.13 ratio for Pfizer). No idea how many of them are due in at the start of the week (March) vs end of the week (April)

In quite a few states anyone over 18 can get a vaccine by first week of April . . . in a few states it’s already anyone over 16 . . . meanwhile in Ireland, no golf, no outdoor construction, no sports for children, no going beyond 5km . . . a Government paralyzed by fear and afraid to contradict the so called health experts and where the “cure” is now worse than the “disease”
