Vardy sitting behind Colleen in seats she wasnāt supposed to sit in to get photographed on back of Colleenās greater fame will probably be the only thing that actually embarrasses her

A settlement offer that is made on basis each side pays their own fees and action is dropped. If refused it can then be used in court in relation to claiming costs. It would mean Vardy even if she wins is on the hook for her own costs and possibly some of Rooneys
Vardy aināt rich enough to just drop 2m on legal fees. Heās going to be a long time retired but maybe itās cheaper than a divorce.
She really is just burning his money and exposing herself to ridicule. Itās fascinating to watch
She strikes me as either someone who has been spectacularly badly advised here or has ignored the advice sheās been given.

its a sort of cognitive dissonance, i think.
shes prepped so hard to win the case that she probably believes that she deserves to win it and has also convinced herself that rooney defamed her by telling the truth. she prob also thinks that because she disposed of most of the evidence that shes on a banker, a very dangerous assumption to make in a balance of probabilities case
