TFK.com are having there end of season drinks tonight for any fans that want to come down and see these superstars. The lads will be in Diceys on Harcourt Street from 6ish.

How dare ClarkeyCat designate these drinks as official end of season ones. These are merely off the cuff drinks after we received notification we were getting a walkover from our opponents in tonight’s scheduled final game of the season. The official end of season dinner will be a charity black tie affair and I’ll be attending that one, not some shoddy venue best known for accomodating drunk auditors from a similarly shoddy firm close by.
Mr. Shermin won’t be showing his face either due to what has become in the last few minutes babysitting commitments. Dicey’s Garden seems like the purfect summer evening beer garden spot aswell!!

Or to paraphrase: I’ve to work really late and won’t be able to make it. Nor can I drink on weekdays anymore because I can’t show up hungover for work.
Only one SLAG on show at the bash last night (did I know her by the way, I wasn’t introduced) but nice relaxed atmosphere without Bandage and Tinnion. We need to organise the official event as well though but with the players all having different close-season plans it might be difficult to organise.

Ah right that’s who it is. Thought I recognised her but I’m fecking woeful with stuff like that. In retrospect I probably came across as really ignorant for not speaking to her at all or even acknowledging that I should have known her to see.

That’s bollox that is. You spent an entire evening drinking with her one Friday in the Hrbourmaster and you ‘pretend’ that you don’t know her so as to look hard in some kinda way

I can’t for the life of me figure out how pretending you don’t recognise one of your sister’s friends makes you look hard. I didn’t know who it was because I’m crap at remembering people simple as that. I was also distracted by the fact that I met Fats in the bar before heading outside for the first time and he told me that Clarkey brought his bird with him.
Is she worth remembering? Thats the question that needs to be asked…
