Wexford GAA 2010

Nah stayed put Mac, when i heard kildare were under strenght. Think the final score was 15 points to 6 for Wexford.

Ciaran got a right doing in kilkenny alright, by a load of travellers apparently, hope he gets better soon.

Unfortunately, i wouldnt read too much into Kildare game, they put a junior team more or less, not one of them are on Senior panel. Pity as it would have been a good challenge against a strong Kildare side.

My hurling team Bandage, would prob be along same line as yours, except i wouldnā€™t have atkinson thereā€¦great league form alright but major difference in league & championship pace, a step too far for him i think, no doubt though he deserves a chance.

Was in the Park last night for the Junior Football game v Cavan.

It ended 2-13 to 0-4 and was possibly the worst performance I have ever seen a Wexford team give.

Admittedly Jason Ryan didnā€™t release a single member of the senior squad to the junior set up but the tactics and decision-making was beyond shocking.

Would be hard to even see this side as a fourth or fifth string Wexford team.

The Co Board should really reconsider entering this competition in the future.

Brutal set up for the junior squad, players learned whether they were starting or not from the local papers, shocking stuff

What was the Wexford team for that Junior game?

Team announced according to newstalk - 2 championship debutants in Carton and Lar Pender but the cunts wouldnt give the rest of the team

Edit - picked this up from Hogan Stand. Mick Jacob in the forwards  Bonnar out

WEXFORD team v Galway, Saturday 29 May, Nowlan Park, 7pm:

  1. N. Carton, 2. L. Prendergast, 3. K. Rossiter, 4. C. Kenny, 5. R. Kehoe, 6. D. Stamp, 7. M. Travers, 8. H. Kehoe, 9. C. Farrell, 10. M. Jacob, 11. E. Quigley, 12. D. Lyng, (capt) 13. R. Jacob, 14. S. Banville, 15. P. Atkinson.

Take a bow Rasher, Blayne, Mully, Enda, Fran, Andy, Peter, Chicken, Mooney, Tadhg, Gore, Spot x 2, Lee, Browner, SeĆ”n, Kyle and Tinker - Sarsfields heroes one and all. They won the game and the fight against the Vols in the Wexford District League last night. News has travelled to Dublin regarding the wonderful scenes last night as Paudie McMahon took the sensible option of flashing a few yellow cards after each of the all in brawls that left Volsā€™ players on the ground chewing grass.

Another glorious chapter in our 103 year history.

Thereā€™s you problem. You can never win a game with 2 Ballyhogue men on it. Whatever about Jim Bob, but Moriarty? Did we only have 14 players or something?

Thats a fine selection of first names there

Andre, Ibar, Jody, Wally and Jim bob

and Mac :guns:

Heard rumours that Steven Gannon put 7 lads in hospital??

Fuck off.

welcome aboard martinsman

Ah here, young fellow, piss off. We have enough semi-retarded Wexicans on the board.

Cheers.

Well said. Wait till he fucks off to the big smoke to work, then heā€™ll become a right asshole.

Is that what happened you when you lived in Arklow?

martinsman - Jim Berry or David Redmond?

Youā€™re talking about names but forgot to mention Lloyd - clown :stuck_out_tongue:
