Hey Bandage. I don’t know, pal.

Are teams officially allowed to be training this early

Yeah, those knocked out earlier can officially go back earlier. I doubt any county pays heed to any of it tho.

From last year:

Yeah have heard similar. Both squads doing serious work at the moment. Hurlers playing a few challenge games lately too. Didn’t sound like there was much changes to the make up of each squad, but does sound a lot more organised and better.

Apparently they are flying @Bandage

I see former underage dual star John Leacy has thrown is lot in with the footballers and Conor Carthy is back in the fold too

Double header vs UCD in Gorey on Sunday. Might tip along. Who do we have that’s still in UCD?

This is wexfords year

I’ll miss the potential dethroning of Dublin in Wexford Park at the start of June as I’ve a wedding overseas that weekend.

I’ll probably miss the potential mauling of Kilkenny in Wexford Park the following weekend as it might clash with Ireland-Austria in Aviva Stadium.

This ties in with all the positive reports coming out of the Wexford football camp. I’m confident we can earn promotion from Division 4 and get ourselves established as a top-20 team.

Can you can confirm that we have a very happy panel and managerial set up on our hands?

All that and even some jobs for the boys back home from Banty

“I’m using a company called DBSM Centre of Excellence in Clontibret in County Monaghan. I have a physio Shane McAleer, who was Head Physio with Munster Rugby at one time. He has an awful lot of experience at this level.

“My strength and conditioning comes from DBSM as well, they have a lot of experience. All my life I have always listened, and I always have taken as much on board as I possibly can to make up my own mind from there. It is no different on this occasion.”

Some auld lad told my auld lad that the hurlers are finding Davy a bit full on. The other auld lad may have vested interests here.

Is anybody in the know?

Well you could knock me down with a feather.

Sounds like the auld lad is a traditionalist. I’m sure he’d be one of the lads in Wexford Park roaring ‘let it in long ta fuck’ as our half backs are short hand passing around midfield creating space.

I assume Davy will name a dummy team for game tomorrow and befuddled the students with a raft of changes to team before throw in.
Let the mind games start early.

You’re being silly here

Really looking forward to seeing the new stand.

The Wexford Senior hurling team will take on UCD in their opening Walsh Cup campaign, in Gorey at 12.45 on Sunday.

Newly appointed manager, Davy Fitzgerald has named his side.

The footballers also take on UCD in Gorey on Sunday and their squad will be accessible on this page later this evening.

Leading 4-9 to 1-3 coming up to half time. I was too lazy to go watch it.
