It’s ridiculous although only has himself to blame for sending off the last day.
It’s bizarre that he didn’t appear to know that a draw was all that was needed to secure advancement.
Oh absolutely. Really, really dumb. A draw was guaranteed to put us thru, the only way we could be eliminated was by losing. So to abuse the ref for blowing it up early was stupid, even though he didn’t even blow it up early, the clock on the scoreboard fucked up. Players should have known the potential outcomes. Abusing a ref so much after the final whistle that you get a red card is ridiculous, but even more so in this case.
Only himself to blame. The second game ban is ridiculous tho
Yeah, hard to know what he was thinking.
Nolan was the only one not in on the fix
And the Galway team.
They weren’t present mate
Agree, he’ll be a loss. He’d played well after coming on too. Our bench is lacking and Davy seems to only trust 2 or 3 of the subs.
what is the attendance heading for sunday? 50k? hardly?
Nolan will be a loss. Is bizarre he didn’t know a draw would be enough to get through.
Would expect attendance to be well over 50k, based off 2017 figure.
We are Wexford, this means more.
ye played galway in 2017 I think? bigger population & support than kilkenny
Laois and Westmeath might a few thousand for the mcdonagh though
We had 60k in 2017
Fuck it anyway. His old man won’t be happy.
What did he do to get sent off in boston?
A pull on Cian Lynch apparently. Don’t recall it.
Nor I. Maybe some of the limerick fellas might, was there a lot made of it at the time?
Think they were delighting in Damien Reck having his jaw broken by “Kyler” at the time.
Population yes, support is debatable though
Gas cunts.
It was a boisterous match as you would expect for a World Championship Semi Final, and some people literally - both in the Ger Canning sense of the word “literally” , and the literal sense - saw red.
