No he’s not.

He’s in his last year of u-20, so whatever age that makes him

It’s a pity Alan didn’t include player ratings

The 5 week Wexford club hurling championship blitz is not helping matters.

Probably for the best he didn’t. It read like he was boiling with temper and frustration when he was writing it.
He would have said things he could never take back.

He should have said them. Brendan Furlong would never bite his tongue that way!

The all county leagues are some farce.

Its changing this year isnt it? Relegation is now in place. Have ye started back yet? I know our lads havent. I’d it’ll be some patched up team out at the weekend.

Done nothing. Missing loads for the league with injuries and inter county.

Haven’t heard anything about relegation. The most positive thing thus far is the furthest web have to travel in the first 3 rounds is Gusserane.

Fuck it anyway.

Div 4 for another year…

Sounds like a fairly insipid preformance

Another meh year for Wexford in football and hurling. Not doing as well as they should be. A comparison with Clare shows how far back we are in terms of other GAA counties in terms of what has been won.

Long trek home from Sligo.

1-20 is a big score to concede
Need to beat Carlow and Wicklow to finish off with a few wins
Well beaten by the 2 promotion favs.

I think it was @Cheasty who said that Clare footballers have an advantage over Wexford in the sense that West Clare is pretty much dedicated to football. There’s no clearly defined football hotspot here by comparison. Hopefully improvements abound at underage soon. Aside from the U20 team who came within a point of eventual AI winners Offaly in 2021 its been slim enough pickings of late.

Like a lot of things, sound great in theory.

Anyone not using their season ticket for Sunday?

That bench will surely be emptied out during the match.

Dummy team even I’d say, think its just Devitt, Ryan, Oisin Foley and Richie Lawlor to return with Paudie Foley in Syndey, looks like the u20s are been left to play in the challenge game before it with none of Pepper, Byrne Dunbar and Conor Foley in the 26.
