Foley is 19 turning 20 later this year simple as.
With 35 on the panel, i think every club got to nominate someone

Cork winning 12 pts to 9 at HT in u20 game.
Finished 19pts to 16 on favour of Cork.
Being from the same club, I can clear up the confusion on Conor Foley.
He is 18 but turning 20 later this year. Hope this helps.
