Not letting Saoirse control events on the ground was their downfall on Sunday. As Buff astutely noted, it all started to go wrong when Davy landed down out of his box.

Iād say that was one of the worst games I ever watched. Although the 2007 game ran it close.

Guys, these āyour player did thisā and āyeah but your player did thatā to and fro posts are childish. Itās part of INTERNET GAA match discussion I donāt like. It was manly stuff and everyone shook hands at the end (even Davy and MicheĆ”l belatedly) so thereās no need for any bitterness to persist.

I watched it in philadelphia at the cost of 20 dollars US. Fahy definitely went in and gave him a dig at the end of one schamozzle. Fahy smiling away, davy furious.
Are the mood swings and tantrums not bad for his heart?

Ollie Fahy always hurled well against Lohan. There used to be a lot of talk about Cloonan after he marked him in the '97 club final but he never had half the success of Fahy on him.
Fahy was the magician of close control. A nightmare to mark.
