Yes, in nearly every home. Plus graywater catchment. Avid encouragement to even use a bucket when you turn on a shower so to catch excess water while it’s warming up. Alternating days for watering gardens (one side the road one day, other side the next), no watering between hours of 7-7 I think it is.
