What ever happened to proper bread rolls?

Whereā€™s the best Blaa Fagan? Would you ate em soft or crispy?

The Irish flag was invented in Waterford too. At 33 the Mall.

Good man Thomas.

Walshā€™s are the best. Ate them soft.

The crunchy ones are fierce messy. Soft all the say.

Yeah, theyā€™re like a flour bomb.

Whatā€™s wrong with the crispy ones from Hickeys?

Nothing. The other ones are my preference. Thatā€™s all.

Letā€™s not start an all out Blaa war here mate.

I rarely eat bread but the white bread in Super Valu you can put in the machine and slice yourself is a lovely little treat now and then.

Itā€™s the greatest thing since sliced bread etc etc

Its fun to slice things up isnt it? Just to watch the blades cut through. The feeling of power it gives you. That initial rush when you hear the first screā€¦Iā€™ve said too much.

Bagging it up afterwards too.

@Fagan_ODowd, he also pays a premium for someone to let him slice his own bread

Tartine Bakery (Baldoyle) rye sourdough available in independent Northside shops like Nolanā€™s is a grand loaf.

Separately I toasted a stale blaa for my breakfast there. If I was to have cut it in two the pieces would have been too thick for the toaster so I cut it in three and kept the crusts and discarded the middle section. It was beautiful and I am now eyeing the bin to see if I should fish out the middle section and toast that as well.
