Seagal is meant to be an awful wanker, Van Damme called him out at one of Stallones parties due to the Aikido spoofer constantly talking shit about how he would beat Van Damme in a potential scrap, Seagal shit himself and ran(waddled) off.

Nearly 20 years retired. I kept thinking heād come back for one last Tour de France.
