In retrospect it was brilliant they beat France because NZ would have been expected to beat them but this was the easy path and they were walloped.

I have it on good authority that the players went to Schmidt before the game with a vote of no confidence. Also, big dust up at half-time there when a player’s father tackled Joe in the changing room. You couldn’t make this shit up.
