Don’t even know what he’s been charged with but it will hardly be severe enough to warrant a jury.
The offences referred to in the RTE article can be tried on indictment and given its 3 deaths i could easily see a district court refusing jurisdiction so could very easily if they tried to dispose of it on a summary prosecution
