What type of mushroom is that
My lawn is riddled with all sorts of mushrooms. Now the place is destroyed with moss and the damp humid conditions obviously excellent for fungus growth but the lawn is riddled.
I saw that white web like shite in places too, think @glenshane was on about that too a month or so ago too? Did anyone find out what the fuck that shite was?

It’s a giant puffball I’d say. I seen a very prominent chef online recently describe it as tasting like a wet dog smells.
Giant puffballs. They were as fresh as daisies and tasted wonderful. Not even the remotest odour of wet dog.

Real healthy stuff I’d imagine
Completely harmless but very clever apparently…capable of all sorts of tricks. The stunt it pulls in this video is interesting but what’s more interesting is that if a little bit of ‘aware’ mold comes into contact with ‘unaware’ mold then it seems to be able to transfer knowledge of surroundings, whereabouts of food, suitable temperatures, dealing with different chemical compositions etc. Effing mental
