Planning permission for 300 apartment can cost up to €500k. Get knocked back then get hit a land tax for undeveloped land!!!

You could walk into Manchester city centre tomorrow and rent a really nice two bedroom flat for a reasonable amount. This is due in large part to a forward thinking council building upwards.
The five towers in the photo (taken this morning from moss side) are all less than 5 years old.

The objectors need to be told to fcuk off. The architects and builders need to be told that the towers must be aesthetically appealing, and honestly, I think there should be a minimum height of 50 floors. With skyscrapers it’s go big or go home, and there should be six or eight in or near the IFSC.
There are solutions but there is no one is in charge, no one with balls.
