I don’t know specifically but the person buying it will need a clean bill of health and revenue sign off I am sure before they can close the sale
House 1 is a ready to occupy family home in a very desirable part of Dublin. Close to all amenities, prestigious schools, universities and hospitals.
House 2 is a money pit in the middle of nowhere. It is a protected structure, so you’d have to invite the council in for tea any time you’d want to drive a nail. Also it’s a receiver sale and a classic pig in a poke.

The Vendor is a receiver for a bank who has no idea what the owner/borrower did what the property since he drew down the loan. So they are covering themselves off in case the owner did let some or all of the property to a tenant.

House was going for 2.5m a while back.
Looked in a lot nicer state then though.
Fixed.
10 years ago now - the auctioneers are being quite deliberate with their wording but it seems as if there may be tenants scattered about the place whether they’re paying or not. A bit of a minefield really.
