you seem an awful judgemental prick. Why couldnt you have spoken to the player and shown some guidance? Sounds like he fucked up and was remorseful for it. Yet you were happy to “fuck the low life scum onto the scrapheap”. So how exactly is the club helping him by doing something like that? These are young men who are developing in life and need guidance. If you or your your club are happy to call them all sorts of ridiculous names and castigate them like you have done over something that is common amongst their peers then I would fear for others there.
Drugs and a drug culture can be widespread. Clubs have a responsibility for giving awareness and providing support. You seem to have little or no understanding of what goes on in the younger generation these days.

Let’s get one thing straight here, mate. I couldn’t give a fuck what your club or these lads get up to. You started a thread about how drug use was the scourge of the GAA as a window to bring up this incident with your own club. You then came in all guns blazing talking about how you ran them, threatened to break legs and called them all sorts of names… you then started working backwards once the whole board jumped on you and informed everyone how the lads were offered hugs and how senior club members broke down crying when they first heard and implored the kids to change their ways. I guess we will never know what really happened as the thread and incident were never about the GAA and drug use but it was about you looking to show us all how great a man you are.
I’ve merely toyed with you over the last few days but you’ve been claiming victories and changing the story every time you log on. You’ve essentially worked yourself up into a frenzy over the last week which is extremely unhealthy, you should chill out with a 20 bag and a few cans, kid. Life isn’t worth getting upset about a lack of likes on the inter-web.
