I’d be yarning to the son at swatragh mart now and again…about killing dockens, the futility of life/femcing, how you should never ever take your boots off because your feet would swell up and the frostbite would kill you etc. It always struck me as a bit far-fetched, until he showed me the obituaries in the English broadsheets
