Worst Customer Service

Following on from my rant (after re-reading that I noticed I left out some of what happened due to my blind rage at the time of posting) about GAME last week I am just wondering if there are any other companies customer service that you generally find to have useless cunts working for them.

Dixons is another one for me.

monkey man?

Iceland…

Yes. Unevolved fookwits.

Harvey Norman as I said before on this forum

Currys/Dixons

NTL must be the worst by a mile though

I’ll change the thread title to “Worst customer service” actually, more options that way

uncalled for flano

Was it you or something?

youre a racist fucker flano, im very disappointed

How is it racist? Are 25-30 year old caucasian Tallafornian males now classed as a different race to the rest of us?*

*They should be if you ask me

Hmv at times. Some of their staff dont have a clue about how to do basic things like search for a product I am purchasing and will call on a collague which leads to me standing at the counter for ages waiting. One time they tried to shortchange me. Called them up on it and they go hold on while I serve this customer behind you. I said you are dealing with myself at this moment. They can wait.

Paddy Power

Boylesports

I was waiting for that. Agreed on that one.

Yep. Big time. I made the decision last week to buy everything online from now on. I hate people. I think I’ll ask Dessie to buy me a pub too so I can pick and choose who I let in.

In fairness, during my city-wide search for an iPod shuffle a while back, the lad behind the counter in HMV on Mary St checked the system and it told him they only had one. Off he went to look for it without so much as a roll of the eyes. He came back with a blue one, which was the colour I wanted, so I went off happy enough with that.

ntl I partly agree with (they’ve improved slightly recently, in that if it’s going to be a week, they tell you it’s going to be a week), and I wouldn’t ever buy anything in Dixons/Currys so I can’t comment on them.

I don’t know if its a chain but the Avoca at the end of Grafton Street has the shittiest snottiest staff in Dublin.

lovely stuff but hugely over priced and imported.

And they won’t be seeing another pingin of mine.

Just wondering with that Carrolls crowd, their loudspeakers onto the street piss me right off, but are all those tshirts and geansai’s Irish made?

I actually find Paddy Power grand to deal with.

Boyles is an excuse of a bookmaker at the best of times so don’t really deal with them.

Boyles are actually misunderstood, they are a day care centre for the old and infirm. Sometimes they are mistaken for a bookmaker which leads to confusion and annoyance.
