The contact tracers don’t spend their time scouring TG4 or GAAGO to see who might be a possible close contact of a positive GAA player.

Pure bull. The names of the Clare players clearly came from the Wexford camp. That’s what the contact tracers work off - the information they get from those who test positive.
Clare have been stitched up like a kipper here and have every right to be furious. Wexford muddying the water about how the HSE determine who is a close contact and it’s nothing to do with them ignores the fact that the Clare names clearly emanated from the Wexford camp.

yes, all part of Davys great plan. Lets fuck Clare up by having two players miss the Laois game. Meanwhile the entire Wexford squad are not training since the two players were found to have Covid and a subsequent third player having it extends that further for more testing and staying isolated. Great plan.

Ye were happy enough to look for the Kilkenny game to proceed until the third case came back positive.
Up to that point there was nothing about team mates of the positive Wexford players being close contacts. Instead it was only two of the opposition who were named, which is a fairly sneaky route to go down.
