I had a great chat with a chap from southern India at a work lunch earlier this week. I couldnât shut the cunt up in the end but it was interesting for the most part⌠He named about 30 different spices and the medicinal benefits of each and explained that its a spices first approach in the poorer parts of India still and it seems to work.

Itâs rampant again apparently
Along with the seasonal flu, a nasty chest infection that can cause pneumonia, winter vomiting bug etc. I know people got covid and had the illnesses above without covid
Vomiting bug is a nasty piece of work
I try to take a dose of black pepper, tumeric, ginger and cinnamon every day. Youâd wonder at lads who have dismiss everything outside their very limited parochial mindset.

The worst, if you dont have other underlying issues that the flu or covid would casue more problems.

The masks, social distancing, vaccine etc all saved us.
Despite people breaking the guildlines but saved themselves by saying âall within the guildlinesâ why speaking about breaking them.
