Does it entitle you to absurd illogical opinions?

Why are masks so important on public transport?

Why not pubs or cinemas? Or booking offices or race meetings?

Everyone pushes up against each other, it’s disgusting

Whens the last time you were in a pub?

Pubs should be shut down. That should be the first thing to go until we’re out of this.

In fairness to the Germans if a little lad in a moustache, an armband and a brown shirt had have stood up in 1948 and told them what to do they’d have told him to fuck off.

I’d the “logic” is that public transport isn’t optional for people, whereas the other stuff is.

Anyway, anyone who feels unsafe in a pub has the option of not going

A batch of Croker appointments for next Saturday have gone up. I’ve taken a lunchtime one, as it’ll allow me to get a Parkrun in beforehand (cc @Tassotti).

Do you have to wear a mask on public transport now in Ireland?

No I think it’s advice.

I know of 3 different women who have been bed bound for 10+ days with viruses this month. What would happen if they were in their 80s? It would be the end of them.

This isn’t like covid when A+E was empty. If god forbid something happened you now and you had to go to A + E are you guaranteed of even being seen in an emergency? You have to try to make mature decisions.
