You'd want your head examined or have daughters like Hopper McGrath, to manage a Ladies team thread

The Barrs keeper got away with one already batting out a ball that should have been caught

Do players just move about from club to club in camogie? Seem to be a fair few on the field here who have played with other clubs

As sure as night follows day

Crossbar?

You haven’t a notion.

The keeper is probably 5ft5 in height and the ball is landing at crossbar height.

What do you expect her to do?

She put her hurl up behind the crossbar ffs

Put her hurl up in front of the crossbar?

Mighty stop there from the cork goalie but there’s an air of inevitability to this one

Jaysus she’s living dangerously here.

End result would be the same. She ensured the initial shot didnt drop in. Not her fault her defence couldnt read the break.

Shes after making a couple of fine interventions there.

Ah stop :joy::joy::joy::joy::joy:

The very future of Cork GAA is on the line here - they can’t lose another one from a winning position can they?

Outrageous refereeing - that’s outrageous

By god. They’re level. They’re level! From being 6 points down.

Can they push on?

Replay!

In fucking January!

Only the Camogie association :joy::joy::joy::joy::joy::joy:

Some comeback. They looked gone. Nearly should have won it in the end.

Some finish from Athenry. Proper order too, a replay.

Certainly should. The referee was very harsh on them there.

Enjoyed that now

That’s absolutely cruel to make them come back in January. Absolutely amateur stuff.

Putting your hurley up in front of the crossbar to bring down a ball like that is asking for trouble.

Theres physics behind it. The ball springs off the hurley. See Collins in All Ireland Final.
