Youtube running slow for anyone else?

taking an age to load videos these days.

cleared the cache, did the speed and ping tests and reinstalled flash, and have tried firefox and chrome, but still no avail

anyone elee having problems with it ?

Have noticed the same art. mind you its only with certain vids not all

Nope working perfectly for me.

Could your ISP throttle youtube if they think it’s hogging bandwidth? Don’t know, just wondering… like some do with torrents.

dont think its throttling rocko, it s been working fine all week and then yesterday, it’s taking ages to load, tried it with proxies and still no dice

haven’t a clue after that TBH

Nothing wrong with that result, apart from the fact you’re on Vodafone (were you with BT before?)

I’m not seeing any sort of slowdown so no idea what it could be apart from contention ratios at certain times forcing throttling or something. Look at boards.ie on the broadband forum, if it’s widespread you’ll see it mentioned there.
