YouTube is my life

It’s unreal, from listening to Sammy the Bull regale us about John Gotti’s leadership of the Gambino family to looking at documentaries on Saltwater Crocodiles or life in the Russian Far East, there is something for everyone

I’m getting it through India as well.

I think we’ve survived this cull.:hand_with_index_finger_and_thumb_crossed:

Some bangers, some ones I had forgotten and some absolute turkeys I hoped never to hear again.

Indeed, as we got closer to the Nineties the Turkeys seemed to become more frequent, fucking Jive Bunny spending multiple weeks at No 1!

Madonna had a succession of outstanding singles in that era

Did you know that Whitney Houston’s debut LP, called simply Whitney Houston had 4 number one singles on it? Did you know that, Balbec?

It’s hard to choose a favorite among so many great tracks, but “The Greatest Love of All” is one of the best, most powerful songs ever written about self-preservation, dignity. Its universal message crosses all boundaries and instills one with the hope that it’s not too late to better ourselves. Since, Balbec, it’s impossible in this world we live in to empathize with others, we can always empathize with ourselves. It’s an important message, crucial really. And it’s beautifully stated on the album.
