His name is Carlitos and he’s on about 150K. A legend.

Man Citys Statement

It is with disappointment that we confirm to our supporters that Carlos Tevez has submitted a written transfer request. The Club can also confirm that the request has been rejected.

The Club remains disappointed by this situation and particularly with the actions of Carlos’ representative.

Roberto Mancini and all at the Club have shown, and will continue to show, sensitivity to Carlos’ personal circumstances including the issue of his family being based overseas. Indeed following his suspension as a result of the game against Bolton, Carlos requested, and was given, special dispensation by the Manager to take leave overseas.

The written transfer request is in stark contrast to Carlos’ stated position in both public and club contexts. Significantly, over recent months, the Club has also received numerous requests from Carlos’ representative to renegotiate and improve his playing contract as well as more recently a request to extend that contract by another year.

However, in line with the Club’s policy of not negotiating playing contracts mid-season this has not been granted. Carlos’ current five-year contract has three-and-a-half years to run and he is the highest paid player at the Manchester City Football Club.

This is both an unfortunate and unwelcome distraction and the Club will remain focused on the games ahead in what is turning out to be a very promising season. The door remains open for Carlos to be selected to play.

Wasnt he talking about walking away from football as it was only about money. He is a hypocrite now.

Yaya Toure is on 220k per week so Tevez must be on more than that then?

Sounds like a bit of high jinks to me. Just let him train once a day and he’ll be grand.

Drogba dropped :o

Sylvie VdedV looking fucking outstanding at WHL.

probably but still not as good as you expect from sol Campbell, also you dont expect him to be covering injurys at newcastle.

disappointing form a city fan’s point of view, great player seems that every1 likes him

any links???

Spurs go 1 up through Pavlyuchenko, poor defending from Chelsea.

Essien just had a massive bite at Bale there, legbreaker stuff.

Carlitos has got soul.

Drogba missed a penalty in injury time to deny Chelsea a crucual win. Chelsea played well enough for the draw.

A big big match tomorrow for United. A victory over Arsenal would see United go top of the league with a game less played.

only got the last 20 minutes on the radio, by the sounds of it Chelsea should have won…heard Gomez gave away a very stupid penalty and Bale fell onto the turf any time a Chelsea defender went near him

KIB/Rintintin, what is the story with Fabian Delph this season?

Thought 1-1 was a fair result. Spurs should have been more than 1 up, and Gomes should have saved Drogbas shot. A Chelsea win would have been harsh on Spurs overall. While Gomes went mental for the penalty, credit where its due in his saving of it. 1-1 was about right.

Tevez it turns out is on 230K a week at MCFC.

Must say I think Carlos Tevez is a money grabbing cunt of epic proportions. For some reasons people seems to have a soft spot for Argentinians and Tevez seems to always get good press. Robinho for example on the other hand was slated as a Judas. From his actions in Manchester it is quite obvious he is a poisonous fucker in the dressing room. I wouldnt mind but he has really improved as a player under Mancini. There is very little of the stupid chasing around that he was at in Old Trafford. He plays far closer to goal now and has improved as a striker. Man City are on a serious title charge I reckon, with him at the forefront but yet he has been stoking up trouble all along. And now this bombshell. What a captain.

Delph did his knee ligaments in pre season. Back after Xmas. Petrov and Sidwell due back in the next few weeks and Reo Coker came on as a sub the last day

I think much will depend on his next move. Every player at Man City is a money grabbing cunt to be fair. There aren’t many there because they loved Colin Bell in their childhood.

Doesn’t seem realistic that he’d go back to Argentina but if he does then it’s clear it wasn’t for the money. Likelihood is he’ll go to Spain which is sort of a compromise because his family might move there. I don’t trust his comments and I certainly don’t trust his agent but I don’t have any reason to believe the likes of Gary Cook over him.

Cmon the fuck United. Beat these Gunner Cunts and get back top of the table.

link please
