Can’t fucking wait for this. Wojciech Szczesny starting in goals for Arsenal.

Andy ‘Will I ask myself a question?’ Gray.

‘Chelsea got back on track in some respects yesterday, Andy…’

‘Yes, Richard. Do I think it was a good result for Chelsea? Yes, I do. Do I feel that they played well? Yes I do.’

Fuck sake Im glad Im watching Mutvs prematch coverage with Quinton Fortune instead of that tripe.

He’s calling Drogba ‘The Drog’ now. He also had hand his hand across Keys’ face to reenact the aerial challenge with Dawson in the lead up to the Chelsea goal. Someone off camera threw him a football then and he demonstrated that the ball hit Droga high up on his arm close to his shoulder and that’s why hand ball wasn’t given. Utterly cringeworthy but strangely addictive because it’s so ridiculous.

I switched over to witness this. For fuck sake this is a joke alright but so bad its good kind of way.

Pobably the least hyped clash between these two in years…

No doubt Fergie will send UTD out to kick Arsenal off the field. If they can stand up to the physical side of things they will get a result here. However when it has been put it to them anytime this season, the Spurs match in particular, they fall apart.

Prediction tonight please, Shan?

Arsenal are 3/1 or even higher in some places apparently. I think it’ll be men against children and Manchester United will win by 2 goals.

link please

& could someone post up the teams

+1, and i’ve put my money where my mouth is. tenner on -1 United. 3.4 is decent enough for it.

I’m going 2-0. Kinda hoping for Vidic and Nani to score for my fantasy team as well.

Nicked this from another site, for whats its worth, Carlitos…

A Brief History Of Carlos Tevez
The boy’s got form…

Boca Juniors (2001-2004)
Tevez forces his way out of the club claiming that the press intrusion in Argentina is too much for him and his family and the club aren’t doing enough to support him. Public bust-up with manager also ensues.

Claims he loves the club and supporters, and always will.

Time at club: Two-and-a-half seasons.

Corinthians (2005-2006)
Tevez forces his way out of the club, going on strike, after arguments - some physical - with teammates, the head coach and the club president.

Claims he loves the club and supporters, and always will.

Time at club: One season.

West Ham (2006-2007)
Tevez almost immediately falls out with the manager and players. Storms off and threatens to go on strike after being substituted. Goes AWOL to Argentina at one point.

Claims he loves the club and supporters, and always will.

Time at club: One season.

Manchester United (2007-2009)
Tevez complains of being fatigued and overplayed in his first season. In his second, he complains of being underplayed - drama queening it every time he’s taken off - managing just five goals, despite playing more minutes than the league’s third top scorer Fernando Torres. Parting shot of “I’ll scream in Ferguson’s face when I score against them”.

Claims he loves the club and supporters, and always will.

Time at club: Two seasons.

Manchester City (2009-???)
Tevez is tired, homesick, wants to retire, takes time off to see his daughter and is caught on camera spending that time allegedly banging his mistress (the actually banging remains unphotographed), feels there’s too much greed in football despite being the highest-paid player in Britain, hates football in general yet throws a wobbly every time he’s taken off, wants his old life back, hates the club executives, claims that he would like to punch his young teammates and finally hands in a transfer request.

Claims he loves the club and supporters, and always will.

Time at club: One-and-a-half seasons so far, some of it begrudgingly.

seriously, someone stick up a link or i will reveal a horrible bonechilling secret about the dunph

quite underwhelming so far

Gael Clichy has been pure muck in the first half for Arsenal

Manchester United gradually imposed themselves on Arsenal as the half progressed and they pushed them right back and played the game in the Arsenal half from around 30 minutes onwards. The quality of their play hasn’t been great in truth but Arsenal have been fairly ineffective. Great little finish by Park - without having seen any stat to back it up but it seems like he chips in with goals in ‘big’ games on a regular basis.

Gray: “I think United have been the better side. It wouldn’t be honest if I didn’t say that.”

He’s pissing me off something else these days.

Awful game, never seen so many players as nervous in a big match.
United have sacrificed a player, Fletcher, to do a man marking job on Howard Webb and still Arsenal haven’t troubled them.

I think the worst Gray/Keys moment was when the latter asked why Nasri was getting his hand bandaged and Gray answered seriously “maybe he has a problem with his hand”. Brilliant analysis

Big chance there for the Gunners, shame it was behind Chamakh somewhat…Vidic did well to get his body in the way

Nasri was having his hand strapped before the game over the glove. Keys asked him why was that being done. Andy using his vast knowledge of footballing matters replied saying, “he’s probably got some sort of hand injury”.

Tremendously incisive.

Not a stormer of a game, am off to the apprentice and will flick to and fro.
