Jaysus when you look at that…
Wexford away to Kildare on Sunday-we get within 3/4 points of them I’ll be happy.
he dropped brennan?
JUSTIN OUT!!!

Waterford name the 15 that started against Cork last week. Eoin McGrath I was told broke his hand though, so will probably be replaced by Maurice Shan.

Tipp were very good second half agains Galway and had a facile win last week, but a win here for either team woudl point towards a leagu final place.
double post
Munster continues to lead the Fair Play Index
Waterford are tops in hurling, while Clare and Limerick lead the way in football in the latest Fair Play Index.
The Deise top the Hurling Fair Play Index , with the Munster teams as a whole excelling on the disciplinary front. Apart from Galway it is an all Munster top six, with Kerry the only side from the province to be down the table.
Division 4 sides Cavan and Longford are bottom of the hurling pile.
In the Football Fair Play Index it is two teams from the bottom division that lead the way, with Clare and Limerick the best ranked counties, with fellow Division 4 sides Longford and Kilkenny third and fourth respectively.
Kerry, ranked fifth, are the best placed Division 1 side with Dublin next in the table, joint tenth.

I have a feeling Laois and Kildare’s fairplay index will not be good after Saturday night…
ha this is interesting for the clare footballers considering every time we go out to play a team better than us** we tend to try and beat them by not playing football. paul galvin knows the score.
**this happens alot.
Christ, I’m having serious problems getting used to the helmet thing. Brendan Cummins in a helmet. Thats a post for the Things that are wrong thread.

Can any of the Dublin posters (sid waddell et al) give us an idea of what the Dublin team is like to face Cork tomorrow? Is it a strong team? They’re a big price at 11/4 to win above in Parnell Park…
Cork will win this handy, Dublin cant seem to get going this year at all(excluding the Tipp game-Daly’s hand-grenade had the desired effect) Cork look a decent bet for the league title.
But sure Kilkenny only narrowly beat them last weekend. I think they’re a big price for this one. They’ve a good record up there in recent years.
Dubs haven’t a clue about hurling so I’ll field this one.
Dublin (NHL v Cork) - G Maguire; N Corcoran, T Brady, O Gough; S Hiney, J Boland, M O’Brien; J McCaffrey, S Durkin; P Kelly, L Rushe, L Ryan; D O’Callaghan, D Treacy, A McCrabbe.
Decent-ish forwards but shocking defense. Cork will ate them.
Pretty much full strength. Liam Rushe is back in after missing last week. Dublin have been hitting good points tallies lately either above or just below 20. Lack of goal threat could be the undoing. Back to back performances have also been a problem. I definitely think there’s a chance of a win tomorrow though. I said a chance.
They always get motivated about KK, shocking against Offaly the previous week, very flat. KK not taking this league too seriously, Cork are. Dublin seem too inconsistent to wager much on them.
Brady might have problems with Cussen alright considering he had problems with a smaller man in Power under the high ball couple of times in the second half. It was Fallon who was roasted at full back in the first half last week. Maurice O’Brien who is left half back was Dublin’s best player last week when switched to midfield. The Dublin half forwards v the Cork half backs will probably be the most important battle in determining the result. Rushe’s ball winning ability was badly missed in this area last week.
