Thanks fagan
Is it just me or is Canning very short for hurler of the year at a top price of 8/15? Has he been that spectacular this year? I think for him to get it Galway must win the All-Ireland for a start. A defeat for them and i can’t see him getting it. Kilkenny are warm enough favourites to win it out so there seems no method to it IMO. I think there is value elsewhere but would welcome opinions regardless, such as where the value is…
The Dunph, I think Canning is a certainty for hurler of the year.
TJ Reid is great value at 16-1.If Kilkenny are to win he will be pivotal.Cannot understand how Shefflin is 9-4.
If Shefflin has a reasonably big game and Kilkenny win it’s his.
Neither Shefflin nor Reid have a prayer. Galway are the story of the hurling year, win or lose the final and Canning is the main man. Anyone who bets on Reid is an ape.
Shefflin is 11/4.
Canning missed the league, came back in the 1st relegation game and bar a quiet enough display against Offaly and the 2nd half the last day against Kilkenny he’s been excellent. His goal in the Leinster Final ignited the whole hurling year. He is a shoo-in for HOTY as is Johnny Coen for YHOTY. The only feasible alternative is Shefflin but his odds of 11/4 do not represent value.
How is he a shoo-in for HOTY, do you think he wins it if Galway lose the final? He won’t.
The Dunph, you’ve been told the score quite clearly here. If you don’t like it fuck off and don’t bet on Canning.
Galway won’t lose mate

Joe will walk this.
It’s very rare i’m wrong, mate. We shall see…
If KK win then Henry is hurler of the year for sure and at 11/4 is great value.
If Galway win then its Joes.
Young hurler is similar imo, if Galway win its Cohens.
If KK win then Paul Murphy deserves it.
Imo Murphy deserves YHOTY regardless. Super super hurler.
Paul Murphy isn’t eligible for yhoty you fucking eejit.
Shur Cohen is gone 21 too is he not?
ffs
Fergal Moore has arguably been Galway’s outstanding player this year in my opinion, don’t think a corner-back has got hurler of the year since Larry O’Gorman though.
What are you on about? Murphy must be about 26. Think Coen is 21 but might be 22. YOTY includes 22yr olds iirc.
have brian hogan backed at 16´s since strat of championhsip…stilll possible
