I didn’t know they owned a house. You sure? How could they be getting rent allowance if they owned a house??? They come across as dicks alright but I figured they must be a bit simple as surely no one could be so brazen.
They would clear the loan and buy the house they are now being ordered to leave. Their landlord was agreeable to the idea.

I know of these two and the family. Lets just say they wouldn’t be reflective of the neighbourhood they live in. The woman especially has serious sense of entitlement and expected hand me outs from the government. They basically sat on their arses for the last year and a half and did nothing about the situation expecting someone to step in or for courts/receivers to ignore it. Local socialist mouthpiece Ruth Coppinger seems to have taken their case as a personal crusade.
i had to laugh at coppinger last night bleating on about there not being laws to stop people being evicted from their houses. there are and this wasn’t their house
