Perhaps but it would not be construed as being under the rules as they were only enacted, so to speak, on January 1st.
Not sure what to make of this. Only thing is he went to school here, is married to a galway bird, lives in galway permanently and works here so its not a johnston situation. And its not like he thinks leaving kildare for galway massively improves his chances at glory. People i talk to in football circles have no problem with it.
Nah its a clean fit, everything the Johnston thing wasnt. Can’t blame him, he’s a good player to boot so you kinda suspected he wasnt all Kildare anyway.

kildare seem to be peaking already, 4-24 last day vs AIT who beat wicklow tonight, form team right now
Part of the big scores being put up is down to the huge panel Ryan is working off for the O’Byrne. 60+ lads, the vast majority of whom are bursting a lung just to get onto the league panel. The superior fitness levels would also be a big factor this early in the year I’d imagine.
right, that would explain so why they played 2 games last sunday.
Why would their fitness by superior to other teams at this stage?, have they been back training since last september? it wouldnt suprise me,
