2015 All Ireland Football Championship - FOR THE LOVE OF GOD MAKE IT STOP

Absolutely. Still doesn’t make the methods used the most suitable.
And of course a lot of things could have changed since then. But sometimes games and momentum take on a life of their own and it has nothing to do with anything before the game or anyone on the sideline.

You are right, he deserves heaps of credit. Of course he does.

WEstmeath’s first goal was very well worked and a nice emphatic finish

Clare have hired a PR manager to mind Davy. What’s your point?

The Leinster championship has made for brilliant viewing this year. The all out attacking football and high scoring is a consistent joy to watch.

Wtf is this shit?

Dublin’s home ground is Parnell Park. Croke Park is the GAA’s national stadium. Population is no guarantee of success. Antrim have the biggest pick in Ulster and they are consistently the weakest county in Ulster when it comes to gaelic football. I’m open to correction on this but I think I’m correct in saying that there’s actually more clubs and registered players in Cork than in Dublin.

The problem is not Dublin its counties with big populations and traditions that have been underachieving for years like Meath, Kildare, Down and Galway.

Its amusing all this hysteria about Dublin’s dominance. They’ve won 2 All Ireland’s in the last 20 years, 3 in 30 all 3 of which were won by a solitary point in the final. Yet there’s barely a word about the unhealthiness of Kilkenny dominance in hurling, 10 of the last 15 All Ireland’s and the advantage Kilkenny have as the only county that refuses to promote gaelic football.

Predictions for tomorrows draw:

Wexford v Meath
Armagh v Galway
Tyrone v Tipperary
Louth v Derry

Clubs, definitely. Didn’t think players too but I don’t know. I guess what I’m saying is I’d be surprised.

Antrim also have the biggest Unionist population in Ulster and is very much split with hurling for the GAA side of things, some things which the other Ulster counties don’t have to contend with as much.

Croke Park is in effect the home ground of the Dublin footballers. It’s in Dublin and it’s the venue they play all their home national league games in and all their Championship games so Parnell Park is nothing to the Dublin footballers.

Clap clap

my point is when they aren’t steamrolling a team this year how will they react. They landed a few early potshots against Donegal but shooting from distance is what mcguinness wanted them to do, it was deer in the headlights after that.

Watched Donegal Derry wmeath meath 2nd half and listened to few other game. Donegal were v bad. So slow in the tackle in their blanket, v dodgy in fb line and wide open if hit with pace from hf line. Thell be in sf but that’s it. Murphy Is some man, and he only 21…
Dublin are unreal, Gavin surely won’t make same mistakes as last yr if they play Donegal.
I had a feeling bout down and their shit record in qualifiers and fancied Wexford at home.
Qualifiers will be interesting. Id be going to Louth Meath if they’re drawn, would be tasty :yum:

How the fuck do non gaa counties like Wicklow and Wexford get more than us

More what ?

Have you got a breakdown of those figures per head of population or per registered players/clubs within the county?
