2015 All Ireland Football Championship - FOR THE LOVE OF GOD MAKE IT STOP

Tarquin is a terrible nickname for him.

Screwy Comer.

Has he made an appearance in The People Who Look Slow thread yet?

I quite liked your suggestions of “Clubber”, and particularly “Chomper”.

The two qualifier games should be really good. I’d expect Tipp to go defensive for this one. Very happy it’s in Thurles as our recent record in Omagh is not great and it probably feels a bit more open.

Derry and Galway should be a very tight game, might not be the spectacle some would wish for but there will be some great battles over the pitch, Rogers on Comer in particular. I heard Big Ferbie Doherty added another name to his victim list at the weekend, the man is a machine.

Which game is on first?

What time did they cover the campfire in bubbles’ home place last night pal? The inbred state of him in the post match interview

Niall Holly was full back on Saturday, pal.

Doherty absolutely sickened Brian Malone with a shoulder to the chest when Malone was powering forward at full pelt alright. Only got a yellow for it. Malone fumbled the ball into the net shortly afterwards and was withdrawn at half time. I believe he had to be checked out in hospital.

Ferbie is a human wrecking ball.

Who was in midfield with Doherty so?

Feast of football.

Chrissy McKeigue was midfield with Doherty. Rogers was centre back.

Interesting, how did McKaigue do there?

Has it been mentioned here yet that the GAA look set to investigate the Davy Byrne incident? This could get very messy for Dublin if it drags on over the coming weeks. Obviously Armagh won’t give a fuck.

Delete, delete, delete.

They’ve had plenty of time, if they haven’t set fire to those dvd’s by now, they deserve what they get. However Jim Gavin dug his own grave, he’ll have to name names you’d imagine.

My understanding is that Mr. Byrne bit of more than he could chew and that’s the reason why Dublin wanted to let things go.

Thought I heard them say on the radio this morning that the “DVD” (would it not be on memory stick/hard drive?) didn’t contain any footage of the incident. Investigation probably won’t last long.

But Gavin saying they had ‘a frank discussion’ means he knows who done it and if the GAA wish they can pull him in I’d imagine and ask him to name names. Not saying they will but it could get messy.

The giant melee that ensued with both sets of players dropping bodies all round could also be a factor of course.

Seems unlikely they’d go that far though, doesn’t it? Have an “investigation” to say they’ve done one, say there’s no video evidence, not in the ref’s report, move on.
