I think the new penalty rule will suit Cork a lot. Having Walsh and Cahalane only playing hurling is a massive help. I think he will allow Horgan to prosper who should be played more at No. 11.
JJ was clearly better than McCarthy. Shane O Neill other than AI Replay was better over last 2 years. Maher when back there was better.
