‘basement dweller’

Man your missus must be so proud of your incredible wit when she talks about you to all the other battered wives down the home.
how do I know?..i tried to gain entry to the meeting but apparently its only for victims…

And on that note, good luck, you’ll need it.

ah bless… lunch with Roland rat ,Sammy the spider and the stuffed pheasant over at the washing machine?..craic will be 90 no doubt…enjoy pal…

spot on… I’m obsessed with him even though if you care to check he’s given me about 15 ‘watch you spelling’ ratings on different threads in last week or so…I’m being used as a political football so he can show his loyalty to Poundage…a very odd individual…

@Bisto, do you believe many other posters live in basements or just MBB and Bandage?/

Rocko, there are loads of these shitty gga threads that normal posters dont read , can you create a bot that automatically changes the thread title when a row breaks out so we dont miss anything

thanks to Horsebox for the PM telling me to check out the thread

what 's up with you lately pal ?..i never said wexford would beat Clare and I don’t recall saying Poundage lived in a basement…as far as i’m concerned there’s only one basement dweller…

why do you have a knife with a serrated blade next to your keyboard?

Apologies mate. I appear to be reading your posts wrong

I need more coconut oil evidently

Clare don’t have a coach this year, Davy is in complete control. Anything could happen this year or on any given week.

The epitome of a boom or bust year.

Walsh and Cahalane playing only hurling will be a big boost.

JJ was an all time great, but McCarthy is the best full back in Ireland for two years now. Maher is not even the best full back in Tipp whih is why he was moved out of there, twice. Please give it up on O’Neill, a good player but not a full back, every half decent full forward has gotten the better of him at this stage. Try see if anyone independent here who knows anything about hurling thinks SON is as good as McCarthy. @Bandage, @The Big Cheese, @downyourthroats?
You are judging on what might happen with Limericks forwards whereas in fairness Cork at set of players, albeit at different times, in their forwards who have played at an extremely high level. If they get the balance right I think they are only 2nd to KK up front.
SON has never been afforded the same protection virtually any of the other full backs are. Hence he is often fighting other people’s fires. Ellis helped last year with individual performances, but the structure still exposes Cork. From what I have heard there is little evidence of this changing. That’s why I think Cork will ultimately fail.

They are also behind Tipp and Clare. They’d be behind galway too if galway ever got their shit together. And I reckon limericks forwards will also be better this year but we shall see.

Kev, give it up on O’Neill. Ye need a new full back.

He is trying to recruit 2 in Cork.

O’Neill is far better in the corner, he gets destroyed in the middle. Richie rides his luck at times but he finds a way to get it done even at times when he looks beaten.

Announced over the weekend that Tommy Dunne has stepped down as coach of the Dublin Hurlers citing work pressures.

Cork have far more power and athleticism that Clare. They just don’t use it properly. If Cody got his hands on Lehane, Harnedy, Horgan, Cadogan and Walsh he’d make them unstoppable.

Not always though and it’s one of the reasons I think he is both good an vulnerable.

Yeah but Clare have more talent. I don’t think Horgan or Cadogan will ever go to town on a team like McGrath or O’Donnell can for Clare. They’re decent intercounty forwards, not in the top class. Lehane is class, harnedy too when on form. Walsh could be a weapon.

Richie McCarthy > Shane O’Neill
