Juan Cuadrado looks to be off to Juve on a loan deal, £1m without the option (or obligation) to buy. That’s a very good move for Juve, I wonder will they try and get Draxler or Mkhitaryan in now as well or if they’ll just settle for Cuadrado.
Don’t think Dortmund will sell Mkhitaryan. He has started the season in terrific form. Cuadrado is a good addition but obviously would be better with a purchase option. Interesting to see how he fits into that June system. He’s really an old school player who was never going to fit in at Chelsea.
I don’t think the loan deal is too bad an option as is, they’ve got a very good player for a very small fee for the year. If he doesn’t work out then they have no obligation to buy him, I imagine Chelsea are hoping that a decent showing at Juve next season would allow them recoup a sizable proportion of what they paid for him, similar to the impact Salah had last season.
I think Cuadrado is flexible enough to play in the Juve system and Allegri is felxible enough to change things when needed. They do have Coman and possibly Dybala and Pereyra who can adjust to play as wide attackers. I do think they need another deeper central midfield, they’ve lost Pirlo and Vidal and so far only brought in Khedira here, they have other decent/promising options in that area in the likes of Sturaro/Pereyra/Asamoah but I think they could do with another solid proven player there as there will be question marks over Khedira’s fitness.
Balotelli back to Milan.
Great news. Glad to see back of the useless cunt.
Liverpool Echo reporting that talk of an imminent deal is wide of the mark.
Fitting
Erik Lamela to Inter, would be a terrific buy for him.

Manchester City have made an “astonishing” salary offer to Kevin de Bruyne, Wolfsburg’s director of sport Klaus Allofs has revealed.
Allofs, speaking in Monaco after the Champions League draw, said negotiations with City over a move had come closer to an agreement - there have been reports the Bundesliga want £54million as a transfer fee for the Belgium international creative midfielder.
The Wolfsburg director admitted his side could not compete with the financial muscle of the Premier League in general - and City in particular after their salary offer to the 24-year-old.
He said: "He’s had an astonishing, astonishing offer from City and we can’t compete with that. We had to take it seriously and that is the way we react with our players and finally we decided to start negotiations with City.
"During the day we have gone on with negotiations and we’ve got closer to each other. But the deal is not already done. So hopefully we will find an end tonight or tomorrow morning.
"I would prefer to keep him, not to get the money. But the money now is really the issue because Kevin was qualified with Wolfsburg for the Champions League and he was a key player and took the next step.
"At Chelsea he was not that good and I know the story because I took him to Werder Bremen two years before and then to Wolfsburg. It will be very difficult - apart from Bayern Munich - to compete with the Premier League in the future.
“It is a big blow if he is leaving Wolfsburg but, you know, it’s a difficult situation. Have a look at the statistics. Kevin did I don’t know how many assists and he scored 10 goals so he was, he still is, a key player for Wolfsburg. It’s really a situation that nobody was thinking about when he started with us.”
They are playing this one nearly as well as Everton with young Stones.
Mental money for 2 slightly above average players.
Markovic gone on loan to some Turkish club.
20M. Jesus Rodgers is a fair clown all the same.
Kingsley Coman to Bayern on a two year loan deal.
Draxler to Juve.
I think Draxler will head to Wolfsburg instead.
Apparently Juve have dropped their interest and are now chasing Lamela. They are also in for Lemina of Marseille and Witsel.
Dante and Dennis Praet to Wolfsburg also.
Give the man a chance pal will you.
I reckon United missed out big time fucking up that signing.
I don’t rate Pedro, like a lot of Barcelona players they are indoctrinated into the Barca/Spanish system and when you take them out of it they can’t adapt.
Surprised the biggest transfer of the summer garnered no mention here. De Bruyne to Man City is DONE.
