2016 All Ireland Under 21 Football Championship

Kerry 0-11 : 1-6 Tipperary

Laois 0-18 Wicklow 2-9

Approaching full time in both.

Kerry 0-11 Tipperary 1-7

62nd minute. What a game that would have been to show. Two of the top sides you’d imagine in this years tournament.

Haven’t they beaten them (or Cork) a few times in minor and u-21 over the last few years?
I could see where Keery would be favs, but a win for Tipp would hardly be a major shock. More of a mild upset.

Eirgrid Munster U21 Football QF (FT) Kerry 0-11 Tipperary 1-7

Gutsy enough win given they were down to 14 men. Cork won by a landslide in front of 858 in Cooraclare.

Roscommon vs Galway on Friday should be a cracker

Kerry scraped bye tipp in the 2013 minor football final. Tipp had a man sent off early in that game too if memory serves me right. Far from a big shock.

Not according to the bookies.

FT
LAOIS: 0-20 WICKLOW: 3-9

O’Carroll a baysht when he came on. Outstanding forwardline but that backline will be torn to shreds by Dublin you’d fear.

Kerry’s first win in U21 football in 3 years.

Kerry were 1/6 favourties tonight, btw.

@sidney @Spidey where will the Laois v Dublin game be played? I would imagine Parnell Park given they played in Portlaoise last year. Unless the semi finals are neutral, in which case I imagine it’ll be Nowlan Park?

Nowlan Park is Laois’s home ground, I think?

No no, its where they bring Dublin for games outside Dublin. This is the new thing now.

Alan Tynan chose Cistercians over Tipp. O’Riordan obviously a big loss as well. They had 9 of last year’s panel playing along with 5 of last year’s minor team.

Thats a strong outfit so. Tynan should be ashamed of himself.

Sadly, I think he will be lost to rugby.
I believe Liam Cahill will not be entertaining dual players this year either.

Its not paranoia if they really are out to get you…
