Galway were in position to win the All Ireland final at half time last year and the great Joe Canning sunk without trace in the second half when the game was in the melting pot. A talented guy no doubt. A good player but not a great player.

Danny Sutcliffe getting ā‚¬750 a game to co-commentate on / provide punditry on the team he withdrew from is handy work. Iā€™d say some of his ex-teammates are seething about that.
