Got as far as Wexford, and further than Kilkenny. Performed better against Tipp than Wexford did against Waterford and by your own analysis Tipp are ahead of Waterford.

Clare didn’t beat anyone of note in a knock-out game this year. Wexford would have to be ranked higher than them. Hopefully we can push from #5 into the top 3 of @Lazarus 's official rankings next season.
