No one in their right mind would even contemplate itā¦ ,itās just @Matty_Hislop kicking a man when heās down, like a scumbag.
Cork gimp, canāt even spell Keano.
Iād never apologise Iām sorry itās just not who I am
As I said the other day the only thing he needs to apologise for are the desperate things he said about you. Uncalled for
He did get it badly wrong alright
TouchƩ
Itās very easy to tell who are the bigger men here and who are the small ones.
Tyrone certainly got a schooling from Dublin but thereās no shame in that.
The future is still bright for this Tyrone panel of players, @Nembo_Kid.
Thereās a lot of youth there, which perhaps told a lot more than people expected on Sunday - the occasion really seemed to get to lads such as Conall McCann, David Mulgrew, Kieran McGeary and Padraig Hampsey, but often these type of lessons can stand young players in good stead - and Tyrone now know what the benchmark is - @binkybarnes made an excellent point about the humiliations Dublin had to endure before they were able to progress to being All-Ireland winners - actual match-going Dublin supporters can name plenty in that 2008-2011 period - not just the championship defeats to Tyrone, Kerry and Meath, but abject league displays against Armagh, Westmeath, Derry, Cork and Galway, and a surrender to Cork in the league final of 2011, after which nothing looked to have changed - certain posters here ridiculed Dublinās chances in 2011 after that game.
A tactical rethink is definitely required, particularly attacking-wise, but the production line in Tyrone is a good one and new players will undoubtedly emerge very soon. Some of the existing younger players will likely mature to supplement the existing core group of Harte, Donnelly, McCann and Sludden, all of whom have plenty of time left, while the most experienced players in Colm Cavanagh and Cathal McCarron should still have a couple of good years left in them yet.
Remember that this Mayo team is based on a core group who were under 21 in 2006 and which didnāt start to properly mature until 2011, and even then it was still another couple of years before they reached their peak.
The Super 8s system will suit Tyrone very well next year.
Whoās arguing othwrwise?
He is just helping @Nembo_Kid over the last couple of tough days by having him focus on the positives.
Whatās that from Kev?..are you doing a course?
Thatās Kevās board in his gym. Thatās his rules for the week.
Ahā¦whereās this gym?
In Cork Iād say.
No thats just a habit i picked up a couple of years ago which is now pretty entrenched. Tge work hard is a constant, the others probably vary on whats going on.
Not sure where i picked it up or did i see someone else doing it ir what. Works for me
Do you put up stuff like " pain is just weakness leaving the body"
No. This is my own shit. Not for clients at all.
I donāt think i should be telling them what to concentrate on.
I beliece in pain though. Pain is needed. I see pain now completely differently to what i did.
While i hate āno pain, no fainā in a training sense. Its exactly what life is like. The chinese have it right with ying/yang.

Swap Harrison for Barrett and youāre on the money.
There will be no tyrone picked.
Colm Xavanagh tried hard but the rest were a disgrace on sunday. It was too bad to not ruin whatever went before them.
McCann standing around was farcical
Harrison was excellent in both semi-finals but so was Barrett, and for me Barrett has done slightly more over the course of the championship. Heās not a ānameā player but has quietly gone about his business very effectively. A much better shooter than Harrison which is quite an important ability for somebody playing in the full back line to have these days.
