look this country is fucked up with its nation state bill
there are so many internal battles going on before even the palestinian issue is opened up
- ultra orthodox trying to impose a telaban way of life on normal people
- the settler movement with 194 illegal outposts and having the minister for justice support them
- secular people at odds with the orthodox who are moving into areas and next thing no cafes open at weekend and all the schools start teaching religion with things like the theory of evolution removed from curricula
- mandatory military service
- a government that needs the support of the settler movement and orthodox to stay in power
- then the arabs (not palestinians in PA/gaza) who dont integrate in mainstream society
then you have the football team, who after kenny saief deflected are on this positve discrimination rampage
at least things like Maccabi Haifa, Hapoel Katamon Jerusalem and Hapoel Tel aviv keep the place somewhat normal, banning them would be a crime
