It is a tough ask though in any sport to get the mindset right to win a game you donât really have to against a side that absolutely has to get a result. Particularly when the real crunch game is a week later and players will inevitably be wary of injury or suspension.

Kerry would have caught the dubs on the hop next weekend. Galway would have a decent chance agianst Dublin in a final. Instead theyâll be beat handy next weekend. While weâll have the dubs agianst the cannon fodder versus ulster.
Fitzmaurice has been completely unable to adapt to the modern style of football. Every year theyâd end up with Donaghy back in the team because they couldnât figure anything else out. Theyâve a serious crop breaking in now though and with a competent manager theyâll be back next year to real contenders. Jack OâConnor has been grafting behind the scenes for years to get back in by all accounts
