Tbf under the circumstances it was the percentage play. Everyone thought it was done at that point. Fair play Gareth Dillon, 35 yard out, 5 mins into injury time and pings it over from corner back.

If youâre 3 points up and get a penalty in injury time youâd probably take a point.
At level, and unless you know for sure itâs the last kick of the game, you fucking bury it. Joe Brolly did from play in the 1998 Ulster final when he could have taken a point.

Ive seen a fair few football pens saved the point was guaranteed the goal wasnât,give yourself the lead when itâs on a plate.

Yea, canât see the Dublin team en masse pulling down their Mayo opponents in the 1st minute of an All Ireland Final somehow or other. Probably a few holes in the chicken nugget philosophy.
